Hi, y'all! It's Abbey — owner of Abbey Laine. Born + raised in San Antonio, Texas, I have always had a love for all things pink, sparkly, and anything that pairs perfectly with a cute pair of cowgirl boots. Growing up, my family always taught me to appreciate both sides of life — the quiet charm of the country and the vibrant energy of the city. Whether I'm enjoying a peaceful weekend out at my ranch or hitting the town for a night out with my girlfriends, I have always loved playing dress up for any occasion!

Abbey Laine has been a lifelong vision brought to life thanks to my side hustle in college, Buttons by Abbey. While studying at Texas Tech University, I started designing custom pin-back buttons for any and all types of celebrations. What started as a fun creative outlet quickly grew into something much bigger — and before I knew it, I was connecting with thousands of girls across the country! The relationships I built with my customers and the excitement that came with creating something they loved sparked an unexpected passion for entrepreneurship. As a result, I made the decision to finish up my advertising degree early at Texas Tech and head to College Station to start my master’s degree in entrepreneurship from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M. After graduating in December 2024, Abbey Laine was born (a name that I have had picked out since high school)! I had always wanted to work in fashion, but buttons felt like the perfect first step — a fun business that was easier to manage with a busy class schedule. Looking back, that side hustle (along with many encouraging texts from my best friends) was the spark that made everything possible!
