At Abbey Laine, we want you to love your purchase! But, we understand that sometimes you need to make a return. Here’s how we make it right:

To Return an Item:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for your return. We recommend using USPS due to their trackable service. USPS offers refunds for lost packages if you use the USPS priority service. Abbey Laine is NOT responsible for missing packages by any third party and/or the postal service.

Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return once we receive your item(s).

Return Policy:

  • Items may be returned FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
    • Store credit will be calculated for items purchased and does not include amount paid for shipping and handling
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Items with a discount of 20% or more are considered FINAL SALE.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria may be denied for return eligibility.
  • Accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If we make a shipping error and send the wrong item, please email us hello@shopabbeylaine.com or text us at (210)413 - 5955 and we will make it right!

Damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving the item. Please send photos of damage via email (hello@shopabbeylaine.com) or text (210) 413 - 5955 for review. Once we assess the damage, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

  • Color variations in merchandise caused by monitor settings, lighting, and photography do not qualify as damage

Once an order is placed, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED.

Holiday apparel is not eligible for return after December 24

Shipping:

Abbey Laine ships orders Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing for in-stock items before your order is shipped. Orders placed on Friday evening, over the weekend, or during select holidays will be processed on the next business day.
